Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

As another year is coming to a close, we at Cross Border Legal Solcitors want to reach out and send our best wishes to you and your family. We hope that 2019 holds success and good fortune in all endeavours that you pursue. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and your families this year.

Matters Immigration…

2018 has been a busy year with much uncertainty; the Brexit Negotiations are still casting their shadow, but at least the future of EU nationals in the UK after March 2019 is a little clearer now.

The Home Office has been losing a record number of appeals in court, with 75% of appeals reportedly won against the Home Office. In light of this, the Home Office has been forced to start reviewing pending appeal cases, with the aim of withdrawing those that they cannot clearly win.

Hopefully, this will signal a change in the way that applications are assessed, and we will see fewer unwarrented refusals in 2019.

The firm…

Cross Border Legal Solicitors has had a blessed year; we have won cases against the Home Office, and successfully assisted numerous clients to obtain their visas in especially complex cases. We have been honoured to assist in reuniting several families and helping others to come out of the shadows by regularising their stay in the UK.

A big thanks to all…

Thank you for being a customer and/or supporter of our Solicitor Law firm Cross Border Legal; we have been truly humbled by the positivity on social media, numerous feedback testimonials, and the trust bestowed upon us to deal with very personal matters, by people who we may have never met in person. We are delighted to have you as customers, supporters, followers and friends. We look forward to serving you in the New Year.

Closing to recharge…

Office Closed for Holiday: Please note that we will be out of the office from noon 21st of December 2018 until the 2nd of January 2019, without access to email or phone for general enquiries, Santas orders, etc… If this is an extreme emergency, please call 999!
