Cross Border Legal Solicitors is the trading name for Cross Border Legal Solicitors Ltd, a limited company that is registered with Company House and regulated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority. Cross Border Legal started as the name of an online blog, with its Director Mr Tito Mbariti, a UK immigration Solicitor in England and Wales, providing free initial advice and publishing blog articles in an attempt to make immigration rules digestible to the public!

Mr. Mbariti is an SRA-regulated UK Human Rights Solicitor, who worked as an immigration and human rights consultant solicitor at Johl & Company Solicitors and has established a strong reputation in this field as one of the most determined immigration solicitors. Due to public demand and as a result of client referrals and testimonials, Cross Border Legal Solicitors Ltd was set up as niche boutique firm, dealing exclusively with immigration and human rights law. The ethos of the firm is to focus on the needs of the clients, who are often disadvantaged and vulnerable, or confused by the complexities of Immigration Law. Unlike many UK immigration solicitors, we only specialise in this area of law, in order to deliver the best possible service to our clients and to develop expertise in UK immigration law.

Fair and Transparent Fees
We offer a professional service with transparent fixed fees, agreed beforehand, and flexible payment terms for all of our clients. If you cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of your instructions, we are happy to accept a down-payment, with the balance to be paid via agreed instalments.

Please be advised that Cross Border Legal Solicitors Ltd is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and recognised by The Law Society of England and Wales and are therefore exempt from the regulation by the OISC.
