Following the Christmas break, we would like to wish you all a happy and prosperous 2018. As we begin the new year we would also like to let you know about a small change that we are making:

As we are a solicitors firm recognised by the law society of England and Wales and regulated Solicitors Regulation Authority, we thought to make this clear in our firm’s name, so we have added ‘solicitors’ to our name to reflect this. In this day and age, we felt it prudent to distinguish ourselves from the many less qualified ( and some time criminal) agents that work in this industry, such as unregulated ‘immigration advisor/ agent ’, as well as from non-solicitors  advisors who are regulated by the OISC (if you want to know the difference see the article here),

we have changed our name to ‘Cross Border Legal Solicitors’.

We want to reassure you that nothing has changed other than the name; it is the same good quality service.
