As the new year gets properly underway, Cross Border Legal Solicitors is now fully open and back to business. We look forward to assisting both new and existing clients to reach even greater heights in 2026.
Immigration matters are rarely straightforward, and the consequences of getting things wrong can be severe, long-lasting, and expensive. Our focus this year remains the same: providing clear, honest, and effective legal advice—without unnecessary complication or cost.
Opening hours & availability
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Where clients are unable to attend during standard working hours, we can arrange meetings outside these hours by prior arrangement. We also offer flexible meeting options, including virtual consultations and face-to-face meetings at our Leicester office, depending on your needs.
Accessibility and practicality matter. Legal advice should fit around real lives and real work commitments.
How to contact me
The best way to reach me is by email or phone.
If you are unable to get through on the phone, please leave a text message or WhatsApp message, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I make it a priority to remain approachable and accessible. Being able to reach your lawyer when you need them is not optional—it is essential.
A free, quick chat before you spend money
You are always welcome to call for a free, quick initial chat before committing to any legal service. Many people spend money on legal work they do not need—or worse, try to handle matters themselves and unknowingly damage their case. That often leads to far greater costs, stress, and delays later.
A short conversation at the right time can save you thousands of pounds and years of difficulty.
Why using a qualified solicitor matters
UK immigration law is complex, constantly changing, and unforgiving of mistakes. Using a qualified, regulated solicitor—one who understands the system in full and can be contacted easily—is critical.
A solicitor regulated by a recognised body such as the Law Society of England and Wales offers:
- Proper legal training and accountability
- Professional standards and client safeguards
- Honest advice, not sales-driven promises
- Representation that looks at your case as a whole, not in isolation
Quality matters. Cost alone should never be the deciding factor. Immigration decisions affect your future, your family, your work, and your right to remain in the UK. This is not an area where taking chances pays off.
Don’t take the risk
If things go wrong, the consequences can follow you for years. Refusals, bans, loss of status, family separation, and unnecessary legal battles are often the result of poor advice or unregulated services.
Don’t take the chance.
Get proper advice. Speak to a qualified solicitor. Do it right the first time.
We look forward to assisting you in the year ahead.
