A stressful situation eased immeasurably by Tito!
As a same-sex couple, it was tough enough to start this journey and without Tito I am confident it would not have ended well. The complexities of the application system are many, infuriating and sometimes overwhelming. Clear advice throughout and a reassuring tone assisted us to the successful conclusion we desired.
