We had been refused a spouse visa for my wife once, having completed the documentation without a lawyer and following the online advice from the Home Office, then found Tito. He provided direction through the minefield of the visa process, especially the areas the Home Office do not mention. The guidance he offered helped immensely, requesting documents for clarification, letters, and other information.
Before the interview, we were on a skype call for almost an hour going through every single document and file code to ensure there were no gaps in the complete package.
Overall the services provided by Tito and Cross Border Legal were outstanding. My wife and I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Tito to anyone who has had a visa refused in the past.

I am greatly pleased with Tito's service and what he claims in his website that his clients can reach him anytime of the day is definitely true. He has the friendly and professional attitude and that is what I like about him apart from his abreast knowledge with regard to immigration. I was incredibly surprised when we had our first Skype conference with him because I am not expecting to speak with a bubbly yet professional person who carries a warm smile all throughout the conference. My consultation with Tito turned out really well and my visa extension was granted as well of my son that is why I am grateful I chose him to handle my case. Having said these, he really deserves great recommendation. More power Tito!

I came across Ttio on Google. After reading his reviews I filled out his little form on his website and he contacted me back with 48 hours. My spouse visa was rejected in Nov 2017 and I was devastated as I thought I had done everything correctly. The reason for my rejection was due to my documents not being checked properly by my previous solicitors and for a few small errors my application was denied.
After Tito arranged a skype chat it was evident that i was going to pay him as my solicitor, and It is one of the best decisions I had made! He was very honest and clear from the beginning. He knew exactly what he was doing and advised me all the way through until I got a decision made by the home office.
And thanks to him my second application was granted in Feb 2018! it just took 3 months! AMAZING!

Me and my husband were struggling to get spouse visa for two years. We had several refusals from Home Office. We were very despaired and did not know what to do. We were looking for a good solicitor, who could help us. After searching for a while we found Tito and he gave us hope.
