We were not sure if using an agent was worth the money when we first dicussed it, But other friends had talked about so many issues with their applications, and Tito came highly recommended by just one of those who had trouble before and Tito solved all of their problems. We cannot recommend Mr Mbariti highly enough. His is friendly and professional, his thorough knowledge of immigration law, incredible patience and timely manner are second to none! He supported us through the spouse visa application and renewal processes ensuring the paperwork was correct and complete and keeping a sense of humour throughout the process. We will be using Titos services again next time round without a doubt. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement through a tricky process

After reading and hearing about the difficulties that a large number of potential immigrants had with their solicitors, we were very cautious in our search for a solicitor to guide us through the immigration process. Also, as our circumstances were quite complex, we were very selective about who to choose. As part of our selection process, we carefully short listed, and then met/spoke with immigration professionals in London, Birmingham and Coventry, before we got in touch with Cross Border Legal Solicitors, in Leicester.
At the initial meeting, Tito Mbariti came across as both knowledgeable and experienced in the fields of immigration and human rights. Moreover, he was very approachable (a key requirement for us) and inspired confidence with clients.
