We were not sure if using an agent was worth the money when we first dicussed it, But other friends had talked about so many issues with their applications, and Tito came highly recommended by just one of those who had trouble before and Tito solved all of their problems. We had been refused a spouse visa for my wife once, having completed the documentation without a lawyer and following the online advice from the Home Office, then found Tito. He provided direction through the minefield of the visa process, especially the areas the Home Office do not mention. The guidance he offered helped immensely, requesting documents for clarification, letters, and other information.
Before the interview, we were on a skype call for almost an hour going through every single document and file code to ensure there were no gaps in the complete package.
