I needed help with spousal immigration for my husband to join me in the U.K. as he is from the USA. I had no idea about the process, Tito was understanding and let me know each step and guided me. My case had a few complexities, yet Tito was aware and stayed ahead of the process by not only checking in with me via phone but also emails and arranging meetings in the office. He also had a meeting with my husband via Skype and basically was extremely thorough as well as professional yet you can’t help but notice he makes you feel like family. I honestly feel he went out of his way for us and from what I see , it is his nature to take every case he takes on as a personal matter. He will be clear and concise and will already have plan b thought up. Though we didn’t require a plan b. We did everything by phone and emailed docs to Tito. Once all docs had been submitted, we had made revisions to the request to be sent to the Home Office and payment was made, we left things to Tito and were extremely impressed with the results.
