I had called both firms and got a telephone consultation/conversation and for some reason just speaking with Tito Mbariti swayed me to use his firm as he was straight forward with me and sympathised with my situation. I needed help with spousal immigration for my husband to join me in the U.K. as he is from the USA. I had no idea about the process, Tito was understanding and let me know each step and guided me. My case had a few complexities, yet Tito was aware and stayed ahead of the process by not only checking in with me via phone but also emails and arranging meetings in the office. He also had a meeting with my husband via Skype and basically was extremely thorough as well as professional yet you can’t help but notice he makes you feel like family. I honestly feel he went out of his way for us and from what I see , it is his nature to take every case he takes on as a personal matter. He will be clear and concise and will already have plan b thought up. Though we didn’t require a plan b. My husband and I can’t thank Tito enough for helping us to gain permission for him to enter the country. It was horrible being apart after marriage and we are blessed it was a matter of months and not years. Anyone considering hiring Tito to represent them , I truly believe would not be in error as I said he takes every case personal. I cannot thank Tito and his assistant Claudia enough for the work they did to secure me a residence card. My case was so complex and chances of it going through were at best minimal.
I had wasted lots of time i.e. close to years and resources on a barrister who wasn't too keen on my case and after three failures both on appeals and refusals, my mum and I had enough hence we decided to seek an alternative.
At the beginning of this year, a close friend of my mum referred us to Tito who despite the difficulties in our case told us that he could work on it even though we were all cautiously optimistic. My mum and I were so desperate for anything remotely positive
given that my life in this country had literally come to a standstill and things looked very bleak.
Tito a highly qualified and reputable immigration lawyer told me it was very important I supply him with every bit of evidence I had for him to effectively work on my case. He was there very step of the way ensuring that he updated me on the progress. His assistant, Claudia who is also an expert in European law gave us valuable advice on what kind of documents we need to submit.
After months of hard work of gathering crucial evidence and together a case, the home office decided to grant me residency. It is nothing short of a miracle but is also about letting the right people work on your case.

I having been longing for this day - the day of the visa approval, so that I can write my testimonial about the amazing support Tito has given to me and my family. The story started when a family member died in a motorbike accident in Thailand nearly two years ago. He left behind a wife (Thai national) and two children (dual nationality). When I first started searching through the maze of confusing immigration facts to bring the family back to England I soon realised that we would need the support of an Immigration solicitor. The hard part was to find someone that could give me some advice to understand how we could get the family back to England. I spoke to 6 solicitors that were of no use, had no compassion or empathy and pretty much said that they didn't have the right to return to England as their right to remain in England had expired. I was pretty close to giving up but then I called Tito...he was kind, compassionate, showed empathy, and more importantly was very quick to identify the best way of getting them back to England based on his excellent knowledge and expertise of immigration law. He gave me hope and by the end of the call I was reduced to tears as felt as if I had found an angel sent from above that could help us with our quest. Tito was always at the end of the phone, text, Skype, email, within working hours, outside working hours and even when he was on holiday - totally against the norm of most solicitors... Our first application was rejected through no fault of Tito - its just the way immigration goes but after requesting an administrative review we found out today that the review was successful and the visas have been awarded. If you are reading this wondering if you should contact Tito please call him straight away.
