We had almost given up on our situation due to being ripped off by so very many solicitors taking money from us but doing nothing and actually making our situation worse. I applied for a spouse visa for my Husband who was from India. My first application was with Sabz solicitors and got rejected by the Home office due to small details not being check throughly by my solicitor. I was fuming as I waited over 9months just to get a no!
