I overstayed for 6 years in the Uk and my application to the home office to remain in the UK with my British partner was refused. Thank you for taking on our case first in 2013 and in September this year. The complexity of applying for certain visas, in our case a spouse visa, in Africa can pose challenges and any mistakes result in denial.
