Mr. Tito Mbariti has demonstrated the high level of quality and huge professionalism in the providing us with a legal help. We asked him to represent us in court to appeal the decision of the Home Office to refuse in extending of a spouse visa. And we must say that we were not mistaken. I have been to many immigration lawyers and the results were the same.
Money vanished and no results.
I was recommended by a friend to speak to Cross Border Legal which i did and when i talked to Tito he told me things as they were not what i wanted to hear.
My situation was bad having failed in Immigration Chambers three times. This was not giving me much credibility in the eyes of the Home Office.
I was as risk of being branded a " time waster"
He took me through a thorough procedure of what was required and at first application i got my leave to remain after so long. Believe me when i say a long time.
Last week my spouse got her stay too.
I cannot recommend Cross Border Legal enough.

At a time in my life when I felt the most happiness, being blessed with a wonderful partner and 2 kids and then having a baby of my own with her, was a time in my life when I also felt the most sadness. My visa application to remain in the UK was rejected and our hearts sunk with despair. I cannot express what an outstanding solicitor Tito is. He is so on point He is a excellent immigration solicitor who is really professional.He has wide knowledge of immigration law and so up to date. No matter when you call him or email he responds straight away and that is so precious as no body offers a legal service like Tito.He really genuinely cares. I having been longing for this day - the day of the visa approval, so that I can write my testimonial about the amazing support Tito has given to me and my family. The story started when a family member died in a motorbike accident in Thailand nearly two years ago. He left behind a wife (Thai national) and two children (dual nationality). When I first started searching through the maze of confusing immigration facts to bring the family back to England I soon realised that we would need the support of an Immigration solicitor. The hard part was to find someone that could give me some advice to understand how we could get the family back to England. I spoke to 6 solicitors that were of no use, had no compassion or empathy and pretty much said that they didn't have the right to return to England as their right to remain in England had expired. I was pretty close to giving up but then I called Tito...he was kind, compassionate, showed empathy, and more importantly was very quick to identify the best way of getting them back to England based on his excellent knowledge and expertise of immigration law. He gave me hope and by the end of the call I was reduced to tears as felt as if I had found an angel sent from above that could help us with our quest. Tito was always at the end of the phone, text, Skype, email, within working hours, outside working hours and even when he was on holiday - totally against the norm of most solicitors... Our first application was rejected through no fault of Tito - its just the way immigration goes but after requesting an administrative review we found out today that the review was successful and the visas have been awarded. If you are reading this wondering if you should contact Tito please call him straight away. We couldn't have done this without his amazing support and we will be ever in his debt for what he has done for us. Thank you Tito.
