We were not sure if using an agent was worth the money when we first dicussed it, But other friends had talked about so many issues with their applications, and Tito came highly recommended by just one of those who had trouble before and Tito solved all of their problems. We have now used Tito twice, the first application was smooth and he said exactly what would happen and then it did. When we contacted Tito for the second time we knew we would be getting a great friendly service and as usual Tito navigated us through the minefield of the second application with ease. I would thoroughly recommend Tito to anyone and for sure in 2 and a half years we will conacting him again.

I really appreciate the great job that Mr Tito Mbariti has done for me and my hubby .During of a period of nearly 2 year we were being told many confusing advises from different so called lawyers and solicitors about our case , asking for lots of documentation and delaying it for weeks and months , being tired of all this frustrating process eventually we contacted Mr Tito Mbariti and as we had chatted on phone and Skype with him we had decided to handle our case to him and we found him so knowledgeable and trust worthy . since then by the help of Mr Tito in less then 2 month i got my visa and finally yesterday i interred the UK . Ok so here's the rub ! I spent hours and hours looking and the requirements, the documents needed, the time frames, and the legalities of everything. I was so close to doing it all myself and not paying a solicitor to process my partner's visa. WRONG , I am so glad I used the services of Cross Border Legal. There is so much you cannot understand and you really need to have the law stated out point for point by these guys. We had out UKV1 Visa in 9 Days !!! Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong. When we were awaiting a result I knew we had the passport released and awaited the courier to deliver, we were concerned it had been too fast and maybe not good news. There are 2 reasons for a quick result, the docs are perfectly in order or they are not complete.....I rest my case. Thank you Tito, a brilliant job.
