Immigration, which is often interlinked with Human Rights, is an ever changing body of Law. The Home Office and Immigration Tribunals are not only bound by what the Immigration tribunal decides, but also by High Court and Court of Appeal decisions, brought forward by Judicial Review.
Also, thanks to our status as a member of the EU, any rulings held by the Brussels European Court of Human Rights, with regards to European regulations., are also binding in this country. Below please find a feed of the latest cases from some of these courts. I shall endeavour to post on my Facebook and blog comments and analysis on some of the recent and important cases. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you think you may be affected by any of these.
