Mr Tito Mbariti has been extremely helpful, practical, professional and timely during the complicated visa settlement process. There were times when it was very difficult to navigate the steps required but there was no question that Mr Mbariti could not answer and he made the whole process simpler and manageable. Tito is marvelous. At a time when emotions and stress were very high, Tito was helpful, encouraging and reassuring on the success of mine and my husband's reunion. I was denied a spousal visa and was kept separated from my husband for 3 months, after only a month of marriage. I am now here, in the UK, with my husband on a visit visa. Although the ridiculous rules of the UKBA are frustrating, Tito's calming nature helped us to get through the difficulties of it all and reminded us to stick together. Although we still have a journey ahead, we are glad to have Tito's guidance. His passion for reuniting families is boundless.
