I applied for a spouse visa for my Husband who was from India. My first application was with Sabz solicitors and got rejected by the Home office due to small details not being check throughly by my solicitor. I was fuming as I waited over 9months just to get a no!

At a time in my life when I felt the most happiness, being blessed with a wonderful partner and 2 kids and then having a baby of my own with her, was a time in my life when I also felt the most sadness. My visa application to remain in the UK was rejected and our hearts sunk with despair.
