We were denied my visitors visa to the UK as I intended to visit by boyfriend(by then).
So later after our engagement in Asia, we decided to apply for a fiancée visa but we were worried we could again be denied this visa. So we looked out in the internet for UK immigration lawyers but the reviews we read about Mr Tito seemed real and this attracted us to choose him as our Immigration solicitor. We wet ahead to contact him and he was very friendly and available to help us out of this nightmare of applying for visas.
He gave us enough time even out of office hours, he guided us throughout the whole process after providing us with a list of documents we needed to apply for this visa. The whole process was much simplified and at the end of it all we got our marriage visa and Iam now in the UK waiting to get married.
The reason I would recommend Mr Tito is because he is a very honest solicitor unlike others who will lie to you and just take your money yet they are such they can't help much. Mr Tito will advise you accordingly about your scenario before you can continue with the process.

Ok so here's the rub ! I spent hours and hours looking and the requirements, the documents needed, the time frames, and the legalities of everything. I was so close to doing it all myself and not paying a solicitor to process my partner's visa. WRONG , I am so glad I used the services of Cross Border Legal. There is so much you cannot understand and you really need to have the law stated out point for point by these guys. We had out UKV1 Visa in 9 Days !!! Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong. When we were awaiting a result I knew we had the passport released and awaited the courier to deliver, we were concerned it had been too fast and maybe not good news. There are 2 reasons for a quick result, the docs are perfectly in order or they are not complete.....I rest my case. Thank you Tito, a brilliant job.

Tito was polite, made the legalities and our situation very easy to understand and was extremely efficient and diligent in his work and not to forget very calming and empathic.

We did everything by phone and emailed docs to Tito. Once all docs had been submitted, we had made revisions to the request to be sent to the Home Office and payment was made, we left things to Tito and were extremely impressed with the results.

Extremely fast response from the Home Office, granting us everything we had been struggling to obtain for 5 years.

Delighted is an understatement.
