The first time i spoke to TITO was in 2014 when i was in Cameroon, i just had a confirmation letter from De montfort University Leicester. Most people around me had doubts this visa will be granted. I had very little confidence due to a previous refusal and we were both at our wits end. He has the friendly and professional attitude and that is what I like about him apart from his abreast knowledge with regard to immigration. I was incredibly surprised when we had our first Skype conference with him because I am not expecting to speak with a bubbly yet professional person who carries a warm smile all throughout the conference.
