Mr Tito Mbariti has been extremely helpful, practical, professional and timely during the complicated visa settlement process. There were times when it was very difficult to navigate the steps required but there was no question that Mr Mbariti could not answer and he made the whole process simpler and manageable. I highly recommend his services. His manner is practical, patient and kind. He is available and gives the time needed to fill in forms and check documents thoroughly. I will be returning to his firm for the visa renewal and permanent settlement visas in the future. I cannot thank him enough.

We were not sure if using an agent was worth the money when we first dicussed it, But other friends had talked about so many issues with their applications, and Tito came highly recommended by just one of those who had trouble before and Tito solved all of their problems. We have now used Tito twice, the first application was smooth and he said exactly what would happen and then it did. Me and my husband were struggling to get spouse visa for two years. We had several refusals from Home Office. We were very despaired and did not know what to do.
