Tito immediately filed an appeal and challenged the Home Office to consider my application. On court day, it took barely 15 minutes for the independent Judge to over-rule the Home Office’s initial denial and ordered them to grant me the Leave to Remain. A few weeks later, I received my Leave to Remain residence card today (Jan 27, 2019). I can now stay with my family.

Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong.
