You won't find a more professional, knowledgable or friendly immigration solicitor!!! Tito was amazing from start to finish. Our case was not that straight forward but Tito was there for us throughout for every step of the way, guiding us and encouraging us with his expertise. We had been refused a spouse visa for my wife once, having completed the documentation without a lawyer and following the online advice from the Home Office, then found Tito. He provided direction through the minefield of the visa process, especially the areas the Home Office do not mention. The guidance he offered helped immensely, requesting documents for clarification, letters, and other information.
Before the interview, we were on a skype call for almost an hour going through every single document and file code to ensure there were no gaps in the complete package.
Overall the services provided by Tito and Cross Border Legal were outstanding. My wife and I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Tito to anyone who has had a visa refused in the past.
