Regarding my EEA spouse application, I was looking for a solicitor who could understand my situation completely and had knowledge about this type of applications. I researched for days online and searched solicitors through my network of contacts. Reading reviews online abut Tito at various sites, I made a decision to take his free 30 minutes advice offer. The advice that he gave me indicated his command on the immigration applications and I made my mind to hire his services. He has been very proactive throughout the process and has always given firm advice. My application has been successful, thanks to his support all along.

We worked with Tito to get my settlement visa when mu husband finished in Cambodia - he was great and advised us well, it was also good that he contacts you personally and on video. We got confirmation and the 90 day vignette quickly then returned to UK on May 13th and headed to Bangor to collect my BRP 2 days later - it wasn`t there because they only keep for 60 days (even though vignette is 90 days.....). Got in touch with Tito again and he advised the procedure which worked perfectly and we got it within 3 days!
Thanks Tito and well be back in touch for the next 2.5 year visa in 2025

I having been longing for this day - the day of the visa approval, so that I can write my testimonial about the amazing support Tito has given to me and my family. The story started when a family member died in a motorbike accident in Thailand nearly two years ago. He left behind a wife (Thai national) and two children (dual nationality). When I first started searching through the maze of confusing immigration facts to bring the family back to England I soon realised that we would need the support of an Immigration solicitor. The hard part was to find someone that could give me some advice to understand how we could get the family back to England. I spoke to 6 solicitors that were of no use, had no compassion or empathy and pretty much said that they didn't have the right to return to England as their right to remain in England had expired. I was pretty close to giving up but then I called Tito...he was kind, compassionate, showed empathy, and more importantly was very quick to identify the best way of getting them back to England based on his excellent knowledge and expertise of immigration law. He gave me hope and by the end of the call I was reduced to tears as felt as if I had found an angel sent from above that could help us with our quest. Tito was always at the end of the phone, text, Skype, email, within working hours, outside working hours and even when he was on holiday - totally against the norm of most solicitors... Our first application was rejected through no fault of Tito - its just the way immigration goes but after requesting an administrative review we found out today that the review was successful and the visas have been awarded. If you are reading this wondering if you should contact Tito please call him straight away. We couldn't have done this without his amazing support and we will be ever in his debt for what he has done for us. Thank you Tito.

Thank you for taking on our case first in 2013 and in September this year. The complexity of applying for certain visas, in our case a spouse visa, in Africa can pose challenges and any mistakes result in denial. But with the help of Tito Mbariti back then and recently we were able to get the visa and an extension first time. He made sure we had everything we needed before submission and explained the process with ease. We recommend him anytime not just because of his success rate but because of how involved he gets with the case.
