Its an unbelievable experience when you receive a phone call from your solicitor with the news that you can pop in the office and collect your visa. Sometimes you think its not true. They are a number of funny things that goes through your mind at this point in time. Tito was very helpful from start tot finish. He was very easy to get in contact with, returning any missed calls or emails within an hour.
