As he is a migrant himself he has a well rounded experience and it is good to have professional relation with him who fully understands our plight. When it comes to work, his principles are his key and he digs down deep to get the job done well. He took the time to address all our questions and concerns.

Initially we did not meet in person but communicated through the use of technology (as I live in Scotland and my husband was based in England ) and with our limited know-how on technology he was extremely kind to show us use on line facilities and services.

From start to finish, we felt his sincere concern for us like a family during those stressful and difficult times. Tito us great as a solicitor and as a person. From the ashes of a failed attempt at getting a fiancée visa, Tito organised and monitored our applications for visitors’ visa and spouse visa. He listened carefully to our thoughts and findings from online research of Ex-Pat’s and UK Gov’s website, he answered questions promptly, gave clear instructions and, without sacrificing detail, pushed the process to ensure we were well within Government deadlines with time to spare for unexpected or last-minute changes and additions. Furthermore, we are an elderly couple and this has been a stressful time and Tito, throughout, was always ready to give us emotional comfort and support as we faced this major barrier to our secure future together. We would like to thank Mr. Tito Mbariti for his dedicated and professional service. We were a complete nerve wreck when my initial spouse visa application which I had applied myself was refused. We were very stressed out with my application and so depressed with my refusal. Luckily, we found Tito and he guided us. He is very approachable and friendly. Even though in the middle of our reapplication, we got caught up and overwhelmed with the situation as our appeal has been overturned. I came across Ttio on Google. After reading his reviews I filled out his little form on his website and he contacted me back with 48 hours. My spouse visa was rejected in Nov 2017 and I was devastated as I thought I had done everything correctly. The reason for my rejection was due to my documents not being checked properly by my previous solicitors and for a few small errors my application was denied.
After Tito arranged a skype chat it was evident that i was going to pay him as my solicitor, and It is one of the best decisions I had made! He was very honest and clear from the beginning. He knew exactly what he was doing and advised me all the way through until I got a decision made by the home office.
And thanks to him my second application was granted in Feb 2018! it just took 3 months! AMAZING!
