I overstayed for 6 years in the Uk and my application to the home office to remain in the UK with my British partner was refused. My former Solicitor in Leeds asked me to go for a Judicial Review and after the expenses it was still refused. Huge thank you for reuniting me with my mum. Mission accomplished ! She can now freely live in UK and I don't have to worry that at old age she would have to live abroad on her own . Somehow , from immigration point of view, parents from non-Eu countries are not a part of your family even though we can provide and comfort them as they grow older . Luckily , with your guidance impossible became a reality! Been to lawyers and barristers , but Tito - you are simply the best ! I I would highly reccomend you to anyone !
