I was introduced to Tito through a mutual friend following a failed attempt to secure a visiting visa for my then fiancé. Like many, I though this was a straightforward affair given her stable job in our home country and my permanent status here in UK. After we got married I did not want to take the chance so I sought the help of Tito through Cross Boarder Legal Solicitors.
Tito represented us during the initial spouse visa application and has continued to represent us throughout the various renewal phases until when my wife got her indefinite leave to remain. We have had no refusals during this time.
Throughout these times the process and requirements have changed. With Tito's help we were kept informed and managed to get all requirements first time without any delay in our application.
