My case had a few complexities, yet Tito was aware and stayed ahead of the process by not only checking in with me via phone but also emails and arranging meetings in the office. He also had a meeting with my husband via Skype and basically was extremely thorough as well as professional yet you can’t help but notice he makes you feel like family. I honestly feel he went out of his way for us and from what I see , it is his nature to take every case he takes on as a personal matter.
