Tito's technical knowledge and professional advise are highly commendable. He knew from his initial conference with my husband what should have been done after my visitor's visa was rejected. However, my husband and I thought that he was too straightforward so we tried to reapplied the same type of visa but was rejected again. After which, we hired him as our solicitor to proceed with the spouse visa application. With appropriate advises and competent knowledge about the immigration rules, my application was finally approved. We could not thank him enough. I have contacted many solicitors in London and in Manchester. They all didn't give me hope and said I have to wait for 4 years at least (after 2020) for my application to be successful. The only solicitor who gave me hope and was sure my application being sucessful was Tito. He is very knowledgable and up to date. He saved time and money for my, bcause I could've waited all these years before I make my application. He made the application for me and within about two months my appliction was granted and successful. I don't know what to say to you or how to thank you. Ok so here's the rub ! I spent hours and hours looking and the requirements, the documents needed, the time frames, and the legalities of everything. I was so close to doing it all myself and not paying a solicitor to process my partner's visa. WRONG , I am so glad I used the services of Cross Border Legal. There is so much you cannot understand and you really need to have the law stated out point for point by these guys. We had out UKV1 Visa in 9 Days !!! Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong. When we were awaiting a result I knew we had the passport released and awaited the courier to deliver, we were concerned it had been too fast and maybe not good news. There are 2 reasons for a quick result, the docs are perfectly in order or they are not complete.....I rest my case. Thank you Tito, a brilliant job.
