After reading and hearing about the difficulties that a large number of potential immigrants had with their solicitors, we were very cautious in our search for a solicitor to guide us through the immigration process. Also, as our circumstances were quite complex, we were very selective about who to choose. Ok so here's the rub ! I spent hours and hours looking and the requirements, the documents needed, the time frames, and the legalities of everything. I was so close to doing it all myself and not paying a solicitor to process my partner's visa. WRONG , I am so glad I used the services of Cross Border Legal. There is so much you cannot understand and you really need to have the law stated out point for point by these guys. We had out UKV1 Visa in 9 Days !!! Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong. When we were awaiting a result I knew we had the passport released and awaited the courier to deliver, we were concerned it had been too fast and maybe not good news. There are 2 reasons for a quick result, the docs are perfectly in order or they are not complete.....I rest my case. Thank you Tito, a brilliant job.

We first used Tito back in 2022 to apply for my Spousal Settlement Visa whilst we were in Cambodia and he navigated us through all the complicated forms, tests and application. This year we had to renew my visa after 2.5 years so engaged Tito’s services again and once again he made everything simple, straightforward and understandable, yet again my visa is now renewed so I can continue my life in UK with my husband.
