Mr. Tito Mbariti has demonstrated the high level of quality and huge professionalism in the providing us with a legal help. I am very grateful to Tito who guided me all the way to gain my EEA Permanent Residency. Last year I talked with lots of lawyers, Solicitors, Barrister but no one was able to give me authentic information like Tito. Then I found his contact online and immediately I called him and he gave me free consultaion. I would like to say it was very honest and wise advice and very accurate information in terms of EU law. He is not only a Solicitor but also a friend as I have had access all the time to his mobile which is very rare in terms of another lawyers and legal expertise. We were not sure if using an agent was worth the money when we first dicussed it, But other friends had talked about so many issues with their applications, and Tito came highly recommended by just one of those who had trouble before and Tito solved all of their problems. We have now used Tito twice, the first application was smooth and he said exactly what would happen and then it did. When we contacted Tito for the second time we knew we would be getting a great friendly service and as usual Tito navigated us through the minefield of the second application with ease. I met him 5 years ago, and he helped me through a complicated visa application. 2 years after this case, I asked for his help again to apply for ILR. Here, all I did was submit the documents Tito asked for and he did the rest of the application. The application itself went extremely smoothly and Tito as friendly and professional during the whole process. Now me and my 3 boys have ILR and I am very grateful for his help. While visa applications are always stressful, if you ask for his help, there is nothing to worry. Now that I have ILR, I no longer need his help in regard to immigration related cases. From the ashes of a failed attempt at getting a fiancée visa, Tito organised and monitored our applications for visitors’ visa and spouse visa.
