Like many, I though this was a straightforward affair given her stable job in our home country and my permanent status here in UK. Well, the Home Office denied me at first and ordered I go back to my home country to refile my visa thereby separating me from my wife and children based based here in the U.K.

Tito immediately filed an appeal and challenged the Home Office to consider my application. On court day, it took barely 15 minutes for the independent Judge to over-rule the Home Office’s initial denial and ordered them to grant me the Leave to Remain. A few weeks later, I received my Leave to Remain residence card today (Jan 27, 2019). I can now stay with my family.
Tito is an absolutely dedicated and straight forward attorney who genuinely has the interest of his clients at heart.

Mr. Tito is right solicitor as of now I have found. I have got my spouse visa with in 3 working days inspite of my first spouse visa was rejected. This is all becasue of his guidance.

At the beginning of this year, a close friend of my mum referred us to Tito who despite the difficulties in our case told us that he could work on it even though we were all cautiously optimistic. My mum and I were so desperate for anything remotely positive
given that my life in this country had literally come to a standstill and things looked very bleak.

The first time i spoke to TITO was in 2014 when i was in Cameroon, i just had a confirmation letter from De montfort University Leicester. Most people around me had doubts this visa will be granted. Therefore my dad hired him. Tito was so encouraging and positive so much so that i was confident in his ability to get the visa (i was yet to meet him). I was granted the visa two weeks after we applied. Some friends said it was an abnormality but hey its Tito.
