Ok so here's the rub ! I spent hours and hours looking and the requirements, the documents needed, the time frames, and the legalities of everything. I was so close to doing it all myself and not paying a solicitor to process my partner's visa. WRONG , I am so glad I used the services of Cross Border Legal. Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong. We had almost given up on our situation due to being ripped off by so very many solicitors taking money from us but doing nothing and actually making our situation worse. We were reluctant to try yet another one but we gave them a chance and went to www.CrossBorderLegal.co.uk to ask for the help of Tito Mbariti to help us secure my Kenyan wifes UK citizenship and residence permit.

Thank you for taking on our case first in 2013 and in September this year. The complexity of applying for certain visas, in our case a spouse visa, in Africa can pose challenges and any mistakes result in denial. But with the help of Tito Mbariti back then and recently we were able to get the visa and an extension first time.
