Ok so here's the rub ! I spent hours and hours looking and the requirements, the documents needed, the time frames, and the legalities of everything. I was so close to doing it all myself and not paying a solicitor to process my partner's visa. WRONG , I am so glad I used the services of Cross Border Legal. There is so much you cannot understand and you really need to have the law stated out point for point by these guys. We had out UKV1 Visa in 9 Days !!! Yes that's right 9 DAYS !Yes we paid for the express visa but this would have not been express if the documentation had been wrong. When we were awaiting a result I knew we had the passport released and awaited the courier to deliver, we were concerned it had been too fast and maybe not good news. There are 2 reasons for a quick result, the docs are perfectly in order or they are not complete.....I rest my case. Thank you Tito, a brilliant job.

I have contacted many solicitors in London and in Manchester. They all didn't give me hope and said I have to wait for 4 years at least (after 2020) for my application to be successful. The only solicitor who gave me hope and was sure my application being sucessful was Tito. He is very knowledgable and up to date. We had been refused a spouse visa for my wife once, having completed the documentation without a lawyer and following the online advice from the Home Office, then found Tito. He provided direction through the minefield of the visa process, especially the areas the Home Office do not mention. The guidance he offered helped immensely, requesting documents for clarification, letters, and other information.
Before the interview, we were on a skype call for almost an hour going through every single document and file code to ensure there were no gaps in the complete package.
Overall the services provided by Tito and Cross Border Legal were outstanding. My wife and I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Tito to anyone who has had a visa refused in the past.
