I cannot thank Tito and his assistant Claudia enough for the work they did to secure me a residence card. My case was so complex and chances of it going through were at best minimal.
I had wasted lots of time i.e. close to years and resources on a barrister who wasn't too keen on my case and after three failures both on appeals and refusals, my mum and I had enough hence we decided to seek an alternative.
At the beginning of this year, a close friend of my mum referred us to Tito who despite the difficulties in our case told us that he could work on it even though we were all cautiously optimistic. My mum and I were so desperate for anything remotely positive
given that my life in this country had literally come to a standstill and things looked very bleak.
Tito a highly qualified and reputable immigration lawyer told me it was very important I supply him with every bit of evidence I had for him to effectively work on my case. He was there very step of the way ensuring that he updated me on the progress. His assistant, Claudia who is also an expert in European law gave us valuable advice on what kind of documents we need to submit.
After months of hard work of gathering crucial evidence and together a case, the home office decided to grant me residency. It is nothing short of a miracle but is also about letting the right people work on your case.

We had been refused a spouse visa for my wife once, having completed the documentation without a lawyer and following the online advice from the Home Office, then found Tito. He provided direction through the minefield of the visa process, especially the areas the Home Office do not mention. The guidance he offered helped immensely, requesting documents for clarification, letters, and other information.
Before the interview, we were on a skype call for almost an hour going through every single document and file code to ensure there were no gaps in the complete package.

Tito is marvelous. At a time when emotions and stress were very high, Tito was helpful, encouraging and reassuring on the success of mine and my husband's reunion. I was denied a spousal visa and was kept separated from my husband for 3 months, after only a month of marriage. I am now here, in the UK, with my husband on a visit visa. After searching long and hard for a recommended lawyer to use for my Egyptian husbands spouse visa application, everyone that had recommendations still found faults with there representatives so after seeing some advice on a facebook forum from Tito i decided to take a gamble even though i didnt know anyone who had used him, Well i must say it was a gamble well worth the risks, Tito gave me all the advise i needed and more, gave us full support and sorted our application pack out wonderfully, we were issued our visa 5 weeks after after application....
